The aperitif in our places of the heart
After a day at the beach, drinking a good cocktail or a good glass of wine in special places is truly relaxing.
We highly recommend two places to relax and enjoy an aperitif: Caffè Nina di San Pantaleo and Vigne Surrau in Arzachena.
Aperitif in San Pantaleo
- You visit a small and famous village within the Costa Smeralda
- Enjoy the landscape on the granite mountains in the Cugnana massif
- Savor the atmosphere in the coolest village on the coast
- On Thursdays you can combine pleasure with shopping: there is the famous market
We like to recommend an aperitif in San Pantaleo because, weather permitting, we love to carve out a couple of hours in this village of other times.
From Baja Sardinia take the road to Arzachena / Olbia, it is about 15/20 minutes by car, but it’s really worth it!
There are several places to stop, our favorite is the Nina coffee, directly in the square. Outdoor tables, soft lights, a reddish sky with the last rays of the sun. Always beautiful music and lots of walking.
- Best time: 07:00 pm
Aperitif at the Surrau vineyards
- Visit a design winery
- You enjoy the panorama between elegance and grazing cows
- You can do a tasting of all the wines produced by the winery
Another location that we like to suggest to you, a few kilometers from Baja Sardinia, is Vigne Surrau.
Take the road to Arzachena and in a few minutes you will reach this spectacular winery.
A modern design structure immersed in the nature of Gallura. Here you can taste different types of wines accompanied by local cold cuts and cheeses, together with the inevitable Pane Carasau.
The environment is elegant and informal at the same time and the tables overlooking the pasture make the atmosphere even more unique.
- Best time: 07:00 pm
